Our packs are 100% Aussie with all fruit and vegetables grown, washed, cut, frozen and packed locally. We love our smoothies made simple by just adding liquid but you can spice them up with seeds, protein, yogurt , honey – or whatever combo you like! Fill any pack to the seal with your liquid of choice, tip it in the blender and whizz. If you like it thicker, add less liquid. If you want more smoothie, add more liquid. Whatever you decide, whizz it around and you've got yourself a smoothie. Good on ya mate!
